January 2011 Newsletter

Happy January – The holidays are past and now we enjoy the wonders of the winter season at a slower pace.  Chilly? Yes.  Rain? Of course.  But also a time of great beauty and a less hectic pace. And a great time to come to Pelicano.

In the coming year, look for more of our favorite dishes from Asia popping up on the menu.  This month it’s Spicy Korean Baby Back Ribs and Pork Belly.  A fantastic braise that features the classic Korean flavors of sesame, ginger, soy, chili and scallions.   We also continue our Happy Hour special pricing with discounts on all food, wine and cocktails.  Come early and save:  5 to 6 pm every night we’re open.
