Our goal at Pelicano Restaurant is to provide you with an extraordinary fine dining experience. This comes from a real commitment to each of our guests.

The dining room is warm, intimate and inviting. Looking out, you have a wonderful view of the port while inside original art by local and Northwest artists adorns the walls. We strive to offer service that is both gracious and knowledgeable.

The menu changes monthly to follow the seasonal harvest. It celebrates the wonderful fish and shellfish of the Pacific Ocean, Columbia River and Willapa Bay. It is our belief that the very best meal starts with the highest quality ingredients. Most of the dishes we offer are inspired by the food traditions of Italy, France and Spain.

The wine list is truly a collection of wines we love. These wines come from many historic wine-growing regions of Europe, as well as select Northwest vineyards and wineries. Smaller, lesser known regions and grape varietals have always interested us. All of the wines are hand-picked to complement the menu selections. Pelicano also offers a list of premium liquors, spirits and classic cocktails.

Our experience includes work in fine restaurants for over 20 years. We have worked at restaurants in Los Angeles, San Francisco, London, New York and Portland. For the past 7 years we have lived and worked on the Long Beach Peninsula and are proud to have Pelicano Restaurant here on the Port of Ilwaco.
